Hi, I’m Kandra Williams, owner of The Laundry Zone, and I created this space with one mission in mind: to make laundry feel less like a chore and more like a service you actually enjoy.

As a Jacksonville native and entrepreneur, I saw the need for a laundromat that offered more than just machines. I wanted to build a place that was clean, safe, and welcoming—a place where busy parents, hard-working professionals, Airbnb hosts, and local business owners could count on reliable service, fast turnaround, and friendly faces.

That vision became The Laundry Zone, with two locations in Jacksonville. What really sets us apart is how much we care. We’re more than a laundromat—we’re part of the neighborhood. We host community giveaways, partner with local businesses, and take pride in every load we handle.

Whether you’re walking in for the first time or you’re one of our regulars, you’re family here. Thank you for choosing The Laundry Zone.

Let us take a load off your hands—literally.

Warmly,
Kandra Williams
